This course explores many of the processes found in the Project Resource Management knowledge area. you'll learn how to plan for resource management, how to estimate the resources required to complete project activities. Finally, you'll learn how to acquire, develop, and manage team members, and monitor and control resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Finally, you'll learn to continually refine your team's approach to stakeholder management.

This is the 5th course in PMP® Exam Prep series. This course explores the Project Schedule Management knowledge area.  In this course, you'll learn how schedule management is planned. You'll look at how activities are defined and sequenced and explore how activity durations are estimated, paving the way for the creation of project schedules. By the end of this course, you'll be equipped with the knowledge necessary to plot out your project's activities, and understand how their relationship with one another influences how project work progresses.
