This module contains a collection of operation & maintenance documentation for references.

• This training course will cover some major tasks that will be carried out by ITS Maintenance team

• The tasks mentioned is by no means exhaustive.  Since the solution under  Information Technology System package (SBK-S-13) is based on commercial off-the-shelf products, there are external resources that can be found to supplement the training.  Some of the suggested references are listed in Maintenance Manual

This course belongs to Operation of Sungai Buloh - Kajang Information Technology System (SBK ITS) for Operator to familiarize the architecture design of ITS. 

On completion of this course, participants will:

• Familiarize with facilities in IT Data Centre
  

• Learn how to start up and shutdown IT facilities and subsystems

• Learn how to monitor healthiness of IT facilities and subsyste

• Learn how to carry out preventive maintenance tasks

• Apply the knowledge and skill in operation and maintenance of IT Infrastructure

This course belongs to Overall of Sungai Buloh - Kajang Information Technology System (SBK ITS) for WPC and PDP to familiarize the architecture design of ITS. 

On completion of this course, participants will:

• Understand the ITS System O&M safety requirements and precautions

• Understand the system design principles and specifications, system configuration and architecture, system key features and functions and interfaces

• Understand the major control and monitoring functions of the  assigned to different users

• Understand the interface scope of work of ITS to DEMV, COM and Civil
  
  
• Use the training materials and relevant O&M manuals to conduct rollout training to other O&M staff, as required
