This Module 5: Hardware Maintenance Training covers the following syllabus,

  1. Understand the maintenance concepts and requirements in order to carry out maintenance works of the Server, FEP, Load Balancer, Workstation, and Maintenance Laptop in a safe and effective manner.

  3. Perform Alarm/ Event Manager Filtering.
  4. Perform report generation.

This Module 2: Operation Function Training covers the following syllabus,

  1. Able to navigate high level system navigation.
  2. Able to navigate low level system navigation.
  3. Understand the monitor and/or control or each sub-system.
