This course belongs to the Outpatient Patient Management System (PMS) Training to familiarize the participants to manage patient comes for clinic appointment. Similar to the Inpatient Management sub-module and the Accident & Emergency sub-module, the Outpatient Patient Management System (PMS) sub-module would also be able to avoid a patient having two patient IDs. The system is also able to manage patient queues based on criteria able to be set using the system’s parameter. 

Based on the input provided to the system as transactions, the system would be able to output queries, reports and statistics. There are a number of built-in reports available in the system. The access to these reports can also be restricted to any criteria based on users’ requirement. 

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to understand the total solution of the Outpatient Management System.
